About us

AurigaCrown Car Hire was founded in early 2006 following the merger of two of the largest companies in the Spanish hire car sector, Crown Car Hire and Auriga Rent a Car. This newly formed business, AurigaCrown Car Hire, quickly became the market leader in the field, supplying short and long term car rentals to thousands of satisfied customers.

In 2012, the company was taken over by a new management company with over 40 years’ experience in the car hire sector and a fleet of over 2,000 vehicles in Malaga alone. With transparent booking terms and an exceptionally reliable fleet, our goal is to provide quality, affordable car hire to all of our customers, offering unrivalled service and unbeatable prices.

Our fleet

AurigaCrown Car Hire retains an extensive fleet at Malaga airport; one of the busiest tourist destinations in Europe. We offer rental cars from over 10 different manufacturers, with a choice of 40 different models; and because we renew our fleet every year, we are proud to supply only the newest cars to our customers.

Our fleet is so large you can choose the size and style of hire car that best suits your needs; from the most economical City and Eco cars, to luxury saloons, convertibles, minibuses, 4 x 4’s and automatics.

Work Shop

The AurigaCrown Car Hire fleet also benefits from a large, modern workshop facility, where our maintenance team ensures each car meets our high standards for reliability, safety and security. You can drive your car away from our office safe in the knowledge that your holiday car rental has been fully checked and inspected to meet our stringent controls.

The Team

Our teams of friendly, multilingual staff are here to ensure your holiday gets off to a smooth start.  Our reservations team can handle over 2000 bookings a day, and do their best to ensure your car hire experience with us is second to none. Our AurigaCrown Car Hire professionals are highly experienced and fully qualified to handle all aspects of your car hire booking, and are available to answer any questions or queries you might have.
